ADDING A PENTAD SYSTEMS E-MAIL

| 1. Browse to Start > Control Panel |

| 2. Locate and double-click the Mail icon |
|

3. Select “Add new e-mail account.” and click “Next”
|
|

4. Type in the User Information (unique to your e-mail). Your User Name is the first part of the E-mail address (name@xxxx.com). The last part of the E-mail address is your domain name (xxx@domain.com).
5. Type in the Server Information shown below. Replace your domain name with the middle portion of the server name (mail.domain.com).
6. Type in your logon information for your e-mail address (your username and password).

7. Click on “More Settings…”
8. Click on the tab “Outgoing Server”

| 9. Select the checkbox next to “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication”, and select the option “Use same settings as my incoming mail server”.0. Click “OK”, then “Finish”.
10. Click “OK”, then “Finish”.
