Pentad Chronicles Applet

The Pentad Chronicles Applet integrates nicely with our Work Order Management System (included in our Computerized Maintenance Management System).

Pentad Chronicles allows for the capturing of edits and modifications done on a Work Order. When a user updates a Work Order, the Chronicles logs the Name of the person who has done the editing and a Date Stamp when the editing was done. 

This Applet can be used in two ways: either Visible (where the user can view who edited the Work Order at any time), or Invisible (the log is done in the database but is hidden to the user).

Clicking the History button allows you to see all of the edits/updates that were done on the Work Order.
