Mimic Maker Applet

The Mimic Maker Applet allows the user to keep a copy of their Website files on a local computer or server for safety and to have a development site locally.

The application is installed locally on the computer. The user goes into the Mimic Access Database and adds a record for their FTP location to their Website files.

When the record is added and the database is updated (saved), the Mimic Utility is opened, where the user can click on the checkboxes to tell Mimic what Website files to keep updated on the local machine. The next time you connect with Mimic, the application will only download any new or updated files from the Website location.
