Notes Engine Applet

The Pentad Systems Notes Engine Applet comes into great use when integrating with our Work Order Management System (included in our Computerized Maintenance Management System).

Our Notes Engine allows you to keep track of work that you do with each of your Work Orders.  Every time an employee makes a note, the Notes Engine creates a Date/Time Stamp that is associated with the new note, shows the Type of Note that was created, and also displays the name of the person that created the note.

You can also prioritize the importance of the note by selecting the “Move Up” and “Move Down” options.

When creating a New Note, there are different options that a user can choose from when they select the drop-down list for Note Type (custom-tailored to your note-taking needs).

The Note Interface is PageFiller-based and is therefore extremely user-friendly and allows for custom formatting of each Note. 

From the Note Interface, you can “Add” the Note, “Cancel” the addition of the Note, or even Spell Check your Note by clicking on the “Spellcheck” option.

Editing current notes is as simple as clicking the “Edit” option below a note, editing the note to your satisfaction, and clicking the “Update” option. Clicking the "Delete" option deletes the note.
